Installation Using Seatbelt
7. Check the vehicle belt and make
sure there are no twists present
before proceeding.
8. Pull excess belt slack out of the
vehicle belt by applying pressure
to the base and pulling on the sash
portion of the belt so the lap portion
is taught as shown in
image D .
Slack only needs to be removed,
the tensioning clamp will tighten
automatically.
9. Press the clamp handle down to
tighten and lock the vehicle seat
belt installation as shown in
image
E . Check base is firm by applying
some side pressure to the base.
Only a small amount of sideways
movemet should be observable.
Repeat step seven and remove
additional slack if a tighter install
is desired.
10. Attach the Top-Tether adjuster
strap to your vehicle’s anchor point.
Ensure the strap with the variable
length is used to connect to the car
so the adjuster is easily accesible

11. Loosen the top-tether strap so the
adjuster is on top of the vehicle seat
as seen in
image G .
