How to Use
Cupping Precautions
1. Cupping will open pores to release certain body liquid, please consume
two cups of lukewarm water after cupping to compensate the loss of
liquid and promote metabolism. Please rest for more than 1 hour.
2. Do not be in front of appliances that emits air, like fans, after cupping to
avoid air from going into the body.
3. Cupping will open pores, do not rush into a cold shower in half an hour
afterwards. Please wait for around 12 hours for the pores to close before
shower.
4. Perform scrapping again after the sha-bruises fade (around 5-7 days).
Instructions:
Neck: scrape from top to bottom
Back: scrape from top to bottom
Lower Limb: scrape from top to bottom
Sole (Foot): scrape from ankle to toes
Abdomen: scrape from top to bottom, or in circular motion
Upper Limb: scrape from top to bottom

Points to Note:
• DO NOT scrape the arteriovenous on the sides of the neck, cranium
or genital organs.
• The waist/ abdominal/ Lumbosacral part of a pregnant woman is not
suitable for scrapping.
• Injured/ erupted/ inflamed skin surfaces are not suitable for scrapping.
• People who have a bleeding tendency or coagulation disorder are not
suitable for scrapping.
• People who have heart diseases, renal failure, liver cirrhosis or severe
edema are not suitable for scrapping.
• People who are taking anticoagulants (e.g. Aspirin) are not suitable for
scrapping.
• People who are sick or have just recovered from serious illnesses are
not suitable for scrapping.
• People who are too full or starving are not suitable for scrapping.
Note: Cupping may not be suitable for everyone, it may bring harmful effects.
