Inspection

7.0 Inspection

To ensure the radiation protective clothing still provides complete protection, it should be checked

regularly, at least once every 3 months. Tears, clearly visible kinks, protrusions, and uneven areas are

all indications of a defect.
We recommend that the radiation protective clothing is inspected according to the standard

DIN 6857-2:2021. This involves a fluoroscopic examination with X-rays at regular intervals,

in addition to regular visual and tactile tests.
