WARNING - Insufficient Protective Area
If an incorrect sleeve is choosen (model or size) or if the sleeves is not attached properly
or to the correct side of the apron, sufficient and continuous protection cannot be ensured.
This can lead to increased radiation exposure.

Models RASLF / RASLR – Radiation Protective Sleeves
NOTE:
Model RASLF is solely intended for combination with MAVIG front protective aprons
(Models RA640, RA641, RA660). Model RASLR is solely intended for combination with
MAVIG all-round protective aprons (Modelle RA631, RA632). The size of the sleeve
has to match the size of the apron.
Attach the detachable sleeves to the designated side of the radiation protective apron using the existing
snap fasteners. The longer seam of the sleeve should represent an extension of the shoulder seam
when fastened. The position of the snap fasteners automatically ensures an overlap between the sleeve
and the radiation protective apron.
Models RA610, RA611, RA612 - Head Wear
Place the radiation protective head wear on your head. Adjust the head wear to your individual
head circumference using the stopper.
Model RA631 - All-round Protective Vest and Skirt
Put on the skirt so that it wraps around the back of your entire waist. Pull on both skirt wings so
that the stretch insert is stretched. When closed, this procedure results in a better weight distribution
of the radiation protective clothing. Close the two skirt wings on top of each other.
Make sure that the end of the outer skirt wing reaches at least the marked safety zone (section in
the colour "Titan", limited by two vertical seams in the outer material). If this is not the case,
or if there is an overlap beyond the safety zone, choose a different skirt size.
Close both snap fasteners, which are located above the stretch insert and at knee level.
Both closures can each be individually adjusted to the length needed.
Put the vest on so that it can be closed in the front. Close the two front vest wings on top
of each other.
Make sure that the end of the outer vest wing reaches at least the marked safety zone (section
in the colour "Titan", limited by two vertical seams in the outer material). If this is not the case,
or if there is an overlap beyond the safety zone, choose a different vest size.
WARNING - Insufficient Protective Area
If the end of the outer skirt wing does not reach the marked safety zone (section in the
colour "Titan", limited by two vertical seams in the outer material), the non-overlapping
area is not protected with the specified lead equivalent. This leads to increased radiation
exposure.
