Exporting and importing Kaltura settings

Under Export current settings to a Monarch LCS configuration file
click Generate .
4 Save the XML file that is generated.

Open the XML file using + or a similar text editor.
6 Scroll down to the <Kaltura> tag and you will see your settings have been
added to the XML code.
¡ Important For security reasons, the Administrator Secret tag
<AdminSecret> has not been populated. If you choose to include this
information in the XML file, you must copy and paste the information in
yourself.
7 If you add the <AdminSecret> tag information, save the XML file again.
Your Kaltura settings are now saved to the XML file.
° To import your Kaltura settings:

Save the XML file you created in “To export your Kaltura settings:” on
page 80 to a USB key or similar device.
2 After the Monarch’s firmware update is complete, connect the USB device to
the
USB 2 connector on the Monarch.

Perform a factory reset of the Monarch (see “Using the Reset button” on
page 12 ).
When the Monarch boots back up, the Kaltura configuration settings will have
been updated.
