All trunk calls can be
directed to DSS45.

programmed destinations.

If an extension user dials ‘9’,
he gets music and his call is
directed to DSS45. In case
of Team/Focus/Empire-USA
the extension user dials '0'
and he gets music and his
call is directed to DSS45.
If an extension dials ‘9’, he gets ring
back tone and his call is directed to
the secondary operator. In case of
Team/Focus/Empire-USA dial '0' and
the calls are diverted to the
secondary operator.

the DSS45.

Operator Class of Service:
Class of Service can be assigned separately to the operator console
just like any other extension. The Class of Service level can be
different for the day and night. For programming details, please refer
‘Operator Console’ in Team/Focus/Empire System Manual.
Distinctive Ringing:
Just like any other extension DSS45 also supports distinctive
ringing. Please refer ‘Distinctive Rings’ in Team/Focus/Empire
System Manual.
Ringer Modes:
DSS45 rings every time there is a fresh call. This ring draws
operator’s attention to the arrival of a new call. DSS45 allows four
modes of programming for ringer.
