- Caution: Do not run the pump against the closed gun for longer than 3 min.
- Please note that the gear pump and the high-pressure piston pump will heat up.
- To avoid unnecessary heating of the unit, switch off the gear pump immediately after completing
the lubrication process(es).

Observe the safety instructions.
5 Maintenance and care:
Regularly check the pressure-carrying parts (pressure hose and grease gun) as well as the
current-carrying parts of the pump for any possible damage or wear. Immediately replace any
defective parts with original parts.I

The following information is required when ordering spare parts:
Type, designation of the ET, order number.

6 Indications in case of malfunctions:
Symptom Possible cause Remedy
The motor of the
hydraulic gear pump does
not run. Mains plug not in socket.
The wiring to the motor is
defective. Insert the mains plug into the socket.
Repair by a qualified electrician.
Pump does not deliver
grease. The container is empty.
The grease supply is
interrupted.
Suction strainer is dirty Check the filling level in the container.
Bleed the pump.
Clean suction strainer
Unit continuously stops
pumping. Suction strainer is clogged. Clean the suction strainer.
Attention!
When dismantling the nut, only hold it in the area (20mm) directly behind the washer.
