7.2.1
Maintenance schedule
Daily maintenance tasks:
Prior to operation, check all safety elements and movable parts for signs of wear
Check hydraulic connections and lines
Check height of sweeping rollers and adjust if necessary
Perform a test run before each use
The machine must be cleaned after each use
Maintenance after 25 hours of operation or longer periods of standstill:
Check all screw and bolt connections. If necessary, tighten loose screws and secure
loose bolt connections with spring connectors.
For versions with a mechanical drive, perform a visual inspection of the belt. Worn or
damaged belts must be replaced.
7.2.2
Lubrication schedule
All ball bearings used in this machine are encapsulated, greased for the duration of their
service lives and do not have to be re-greased. To grease the machine according to the
lubrication schedule, proceed as follows:
Grease the grease nipple of the swivel bearing

Grease the grease nipple of the swing balance if you have purchased a version with
a swing balance.

The drive shaft must be greased.
