COOKING USING OVEN

 IMPORTANT

Check the grease tray for grease build-up before each use.

Remove excess grease to avoid a fire in the bottom of the oven

    16

Clean trays regularly to ensure food, fat and grease do not build up and create a fire hazard
Any spills onto the bottom of the oven must be cleaned before starting to cook to avoid

unpleasant smoke and also the possibility of these substances catching fire.

The gas oven becomes hot with the movement of air. The holes on the bottom of the oven must never be obstructed.

Do not cover the sides of the oven with aluminium foil particularly the lower part of the opening at the base of the gas oven.

experience shorter cooking times as well as higher tempera-
tures.

minutes  with  the  Lid  closed.  Then  place  the  meat  on  the

2 minutes. Reduce the Sizzle/Searing Burner to LOW or move

times  will  vary  according  to  meat  thickness.
