Crimping plier
1. Strip off the DC wire about 7mm, Disassemble the connector cap nut. (see Figure 5.12)
4. Insert the contact pin into the connector housing until it locks in place. Screw the cap
nut onto the connector housing. Torque to 2.5-3Nm. (as shown in Figure 5.15)
5. Connect the finished DC cables to the inverter. A small click will confirm connection.
