When servicing a tool, use only identical
replacement parts. Follow the instructions
in the Maintenance section of this Manual.
The use of unauthorized parts or failure to
follow the instructions in the Maintenance
section of this Manual may create a risk of
electric shock or injury.
WARNING:
Know your cordless
vacuum. Do not plug in the charger or
install the battery in the tool until you
have read and understand this
Instruction Manual. Learn the tool’s
applications and limitations, as well as
the specific potential hazards related to
this tool.
Following this rule will reduce the
risk of electric shock, fire, or serious injury.
Always wear eye protection. Any power
tool can throw foreign objects
into your eyes and cause
permanent eye damage.
ALWAYS wear safety goggles (not
glasses) that comply with ANSI safety
standard Z87.1. Everyday glasses have
only impact resistant lenses. They ARE
NOT safety glasses.
WARNING:
Glasses or goggles
not in compliance with ANSI Z87.1
could cause serious injury when they
break.
DANGER:
Never use this cordless
vacuum to clean up any volatile or
flammable material. Explosion and
serious injury may result.
Never submerge the cordless vacuum in
water. Severe damage to the cordless
vacuum will result.
Always make sure the cordless vacuum
filter is clean, dry and properly installed in
the dust container. Running the cordless
vacuum with a dirty or wet filter may cause
the motor to overheat.
Never run the cordless vacuum without the
filter in place. Collected dust will enter the
motor and cause damage to the motor.
Never allow the cordless vacuum to be
used if the debris in the container is too
high in the container.
Never allow the cordless vacuum to be
used if liquid is too high in the dust
container. The liquid could back up and
damage the motor.
Never tilt the nose of the cordless vacuum
upward when liquid is in the dust
container. The liquid could back up and
damage the motor.
