REPLACING THE CUTTERHEAD
(Fig. 21-23)
CAUTION:
Before replacing the cutterhead, always
unplug the machine. The springs (A) can fall out of
the cylinder when replacing or adjusting the cutterhead.
Always make sure that the springs remain in the same
position.
- Remove cutterhead guard.
- Rotate the cylinder (B) until the first cutterhead is
visible.
- Loosen the bolts (C) a few turns, in the direction
shown.
- Remove the holder (D) with the cutterhead from the
cylinder, in the direction shown.
- Take the cutterhead (E) from the holder.
- Place a new cutterhead onto the holder, aligning the
slots (F) with the pins (G).
- Place the holder with the cutterhead into the cylinder.
- Re-adjust the cutterhead.
- Affix the cutterhead by fastening the bolts, in the
opposite direction to loosening them.
- To replace the other cutterhead, rotate the cylinder

and repeat the steps described above.
