Motor don’t run

1. Wire is broken

2. Unproper fit of the switch

3. Carbon brush didn’t contact with 
direction

1. Repair broken wire

2. Replace switch

3. Adjust spring

Electric shear buzzle abnormally or 
slow running

1. Some parts are choked

2. Overloading of the motor

3. The shear blade is cipped with the 
metal plate

1. Inpect all the parts

2. Reduce push presure

3. Turn off switch and stopping 
working

Over heat of the gear reduction 
house

1. Short of coolant or the coolant 
is dirty

2. Over tight clutch of the gears or 
foreign material are failed in it

1. Adding or replace coolant

2. Inspect gear and foreign material

Overheat of the motor house

1. Over load

2. Blade is wore out unproper 
clearance between the blades.

3.  The fild coil is damp

shiftcopper sheet

1. Repair the armature

2. Adjust the elasticity of the spring 
or replace new spring clean the 
shifter

3. Whittle the shifter and chid off the 
protrude mica sheet
