Time Code Reader - SMPTE
SMPTE TIME CODE
The CLDTCD12
supports SMPTE
Time Code by using the switch
located on back of the clock. Make
sure the LTC/VITC switch is in up
position and LTC is selected. By
switching to LTC from VITC, the clock
will display time from a SMPTE Time
Code source once you have
configured input. From the “
Input
Control ”, select “ Time Code Reader ”
and select from the “ SMPTE Time
Code Setting ”. Options include:
Ignore date on incoming time code,
date using Leitch encoding format or
SMPTE 309M encoding.
Setting up to receive SMPTE Time
Code, IRIG Time Code or VITC
Encoding is relatively easy to do
once you known what you want.
