4.2 Functions and operations
Scan
When in SCAN position, the meter will rotate through the following functions: Time, Count, Total Count,
Calorie, Count / Min and Pulse. Each display will be hold for 6 seconds.
Time
Count the rowing time from exercise start to end.
Count
Count the rowing strokes from start to end.
Total Count
Count the total rowing strokes from start to end.
Calories
Count the total calories from rowing start to end.
Count/Min
Display current rowing strokes per minute, or the frequency per minute.
Pulse Rate
Press MODE to Pulse, and wear the transmiter belt properly and it will wireless transfer your heart rate signal
to the meter to display.

Computer will turn off automatically without any signal for 4 minutes.

If the computer displays abnormally,please re-install the battery and try again (2 x AA).

When the strokes is in motion or pressing the button, the monitor is in action..
