Once the grinding process is competed, turn the Power Switch of the Grinder
to its
“OFF”
position. Do not press against the Buffing Wheel or Grinding
Wheel to stop them from spinning. Allow the Wheels to completely stop on
their own. Then, disconnect the Power Cord/Plug from its electrical
outlet.
(See Figure F.)

Always make sure the Grinder is kept in an area out of reach of children and
other unauthorized people.
INSTALLATION THE FLEXIBLE SHAFT AND BITS
Switch machine OFF and remove the electric cord form the power source.
Remove the cover and mount the flexible shaft .
Insert the flexible shaft wrench in the hole of the handle to stop the rotation of
the shaft.
Turn the collect nut until the flexible shaft wrench engages the hole in the
shaft.
Insert the bit into the collet to prevent the bit from coming out of the tool while
in use.
Tighten the collet nut securely with wrench provided.
Remove the flexible shaft wrench.
OPERATING THE FLXIBLE SHAFT
Follow allow the tool to operating the tool.
Always allow the tool to operate as it was designed. Never force th
e
flexible
shaft.
Clamp or other wise secure the work to prevent it f
ro
m shifting .
Hold the tool tightly and keep it a safe distance from shifting .
Ensue that ventilation openings are kept clear when working in dust condi
tions .If it’s necessary to clear dust of inside parts ,disconnect the tool from
the power supply first and avoid damaging internal parts
Slow speed is best for polishing operations, delicate woodcarving ,or working
on fragile model parts.
High speed is suitable for operation on hardwoods, metals and glass, such
as
carving ,routing , shaping, cutting and drilling.
AFTER OPERATION
Do not touch the moving part when the flexible shaft is just switched off.
Do not put down your tool before the working head stops rotating .
