Assembly Instructions
1. Attach long legs to lower tube using M6X35 “F” (2pcs).
2. Attach short legs to upper tube, using M6X35 “F” (2pcs) attach
wheel tube using M6X50 “E” (2pcs).
3. Attach long leg assembly to short leg assembly using Leg Bolts
#8 (2 pcs), Leg Spacers #7 (2 pcs), Flat Washer “C”(2 pcs) and
Lock Washer “D”(2 pcs).
4. Remove knob #13 if fitted before laying the grill body assembly
facedown onto a protective surface. Attach the “long leg” part of
the leg assembly to grill bottom using Leg Bolts #14 (2 pcs) and
M6 Lock Nuts “B” (2 pcs). When the legs are unfolded, the safety
latch will automatically slide over the pin in the leg to prevent the
grill from accidentally collapsing.
Note!
Before folding the legs, lift the safety latch to allow the legs
to fold. The safety latch bracket can be adjusted if it does
not fit over the pin correctly.
5. Attach hood to the grill body assembly using hingepins #9 (2pcs),
retaining pin “H” (2pcs). Fit BBQ knob #13.
6. Attach the wheels (2) to the short leg of the leg assembly using
the Wheel Bolts #16 (2 pcs), Flat Washer “C” (2 pcs), Lock
Washer “D” (2 pcs) and then attach wheel covers #17 (2pcs) by
pressing them into the wheel.
Note!
Turn BBQ over onto the folded
legs and raise the BBQ upwards.
