To ensure an optimal
restraining action of the
child seats, we recommend
that you choose the model that best
suits the shape of your seats and
preferably Isofi x-type child seats (see
page 28). It is advisable to try to fi t
the child seat in your vehicle before
purchasing it.
To fasten a child seat, follow
the installation instructions
provided by the child seat
manufacturer.
Never unbuckle the seat belt
that retains the child seat
when the vehicle is moving.
In the event of an accident,
an incorrectly fastened child
restraining system increases
the risk of injury.
Passenger seats compliance for universal child seat anchorage
The vehicle complies with the new European Directive 200/3/CE that governs
the installation of child seats on the different vehicle seats, according to the
following table:
