Diagnostics

This is a diagnostic tool for checking continuity to and from

external equipment, for the Wide Send, 4:2:4 Send, Downmix

Outs, Wide Return, and Stereo Return. After selecting Pink

Noise or Band Pass Noise and entering the Diagnostics

Screen, the Wide Inputs are muted while noise is applied as a

Wide Input source, thereby feeding all Sends and Downmix.

The Monitor Source section allows the selection of the vari-

ous sources for monitoring on the meter outs.

Note: Mute and Dim are engaged for precautionary purposes when

the Noise Menu is entered. All speaker outs remain active and

an extremely high SPL of noise is possible.
