, click and drag VMware Fusion icon to the Dock. Click its icon in the
Dock to open it.

When you connect an USB key to the computer, you need to ensure that it automatically
connects to the Mac:

From the Processor window, click the tool icon.

Click
USB & Bluetooth

c)
In the
USB & Bluetooth
window, select
Connect to your Mac
