mA. Electrical network characteristics (voltage and frequency) including the fuse
must correspond to the operating parameters of the device.
2. The electrical connection must be carried out by a qualified technician in accor-
dance with the applicable electrical regulations and standards. The wiring dia-
gram is at disposal inside the heat pump switchboard.
3. The pump wiring must be properly grounded. The earth line impedance must
meet the applicable electrical regulations and standards.
4. The electrical installation must be carefully checked before commissioning and
re-measured for incorrect wiring.
5. The maximum load on the terminals for supplying the filter pump is 6.6 A. If a
filter pump operation control is connected to the appropriate terminals, the heat
pump will control the operation of the filter pump as needed.
3.9 Commissioning
Note: A necessary condition for the operation of the device is the flow of pool
water through the exchanger, which is ensured by a filtering pump. The heat
pump will not start without sufficient water flow.
If all previous installation steps have been performed and all connections have
been checked, the following steps must be followed at start-up.
1. Switch on the filtering pump and check that there is sufficient water flowing
through the heat pump and no water leakage occurs.
2. Switch on the power supply to the heat pump; press the button on the control
panel. After a certain time delay, the device starts working.
3. After a few minutes of operation, make sure that the heat pump emits a signifi-
cantly cooler airflow than the one it sucks in (by approx. 5-10 °C).
4. Switch off the filtrating pump and make sure that the heat pump also stops auto-
matically. If this is not the case, have the flow switch checked.
5. Leave the heat pump and filtering pump running 24 hours a day until the requi-
red pool temperature is reached
