Implementation of the swimming for the loading
of Orlando Premium swimming pool
MISSING, ORIENTATION AND RECOMMENDED MORE MATERIAL
Before commencing excavation work, we recommend careful consideration of the
swimming pool taking into account the incorporation of the pool into the surroun-
dings and also the finishing costs; the orientation of the collector with regard to
the slope of the terrain, for the sake of ease of pooling, filtration and other ac-
cessories.

Excavation trench size (minimum) - 400 x 583 cm; Indicative amount of concrete for
every 10 cm of obsyp height - 0.24m

; Nopic foil - approximate length - 17 m.
IMPORTANT: The collector, filtration and water heating connection is standard
under the ground. It is therefore necessary to protect the pool hoses from the
pressure of the soil. We recommend using a DRYING TUBE with a diameter of min.
100 mm and the length corresponding to the intended use (see pool layout and
accessories in Figure B-1).
IMPORTANT: The basic dimensions of the pool serve primarily to determine the ba-
sic construction dimensions in the preparation of the site. The actual dimensions of
the pool are given by the structure of the lower and upper frame, which is rounded
by rounded bars and the actual construction. When planning adjacent buildings,
such as roofing, stage, etc., it is necessary to take into account the actual dimensi-
ons, not the basic dimensions.
Excavation
Excavation for the pool body should be done either mechanically or manually, and
so that the heel tread dimension is at least 15 cm larger by the circumference than
the exact size of the pool. The area around the pool is especially necessary for
mounting purposes.
For oval swimming pools, excavation must be done so that the transverse struts
of the pool can be installed. The dimensions of the trench must correspond to the
sketch of the pool.
If the collector is located below the ground level, the trench shape needs to be
adjusted accordingly in order to build an assembly shaft to access the collector (see
Figures 6-1 and 6-2). The mounting shaft should be about 35 x 55 cm in size so that
it can be covered with a 40 x 60 cm standardized board. Therefore, the excavation
for the shaft should be about 80 cm wide, about 50 cm from the pool wall and deep
enough (depending on the depth of the pool body). For circular pools, it is nece-
ssary for the user to place the shaft in the oval pools to select the shaft excavation
from several locations exclusively in the circular part of the pool, which are shown
in Figure D-3. In the case of the construction of the shaft, it will also be necessary to
excavate (in the width of the bucket) between the collector space and the location
of the filtration. Take the drill from the filtration to the shaft or from the filtration
shaft to allow water to drain from the hoses during winter. Exercise perpendicular
to the pool (shaft) to create the right conditions for the assembly and dismounting
of pool hoses. Leave this excavation exposed so that it is possible to insert the pool
hoses into the drainage pipe before laying on the bottom of the trench. Do not
drain the drain pipe into the excavation!

IMPORTANT: It is necessary to check the ground water level at the building site
and whether it does not fluctuate depending on the season. It is also important to
classify the subsoil of the swimming pool, its absorption (especially with regard to
clays). The effect on groundwater status will also be the way of water withdrawal
from surrounding plots depending on the soil during the spring melting season or
during torrential rains. In the case of unfavorable hydrogeological conditions, it
is necessary to take appropriate measures to drain the land, basin drainage from
the bottom of the pool or build a sump alongside the pool where a submersible
pump with a level switch will be fitted and the water will be drained into the rainfall
or sewer.
Finishing job
When finishing works, the pool must be fully filled with water.
Exterior protection of the pool wall - Install a nop to the wall around the pool.
At the point of the collector, the foil should be cut off. This film protects the pool
wall against mechanical damage and provides moisture ventilation. ENSURING
THE STABILITY OF THE POOL CONSTRUCTION - The recessed pool is exposed to
ambient soil pressure and therefore it is necessary to increase the outer stiffness
of the pool wall construction by concrete coverings. If the pool is only covered with
sand, soil or other unpaved material, there is a risk of landslide and pool collapse.
Cover the pool with a drier concrete mix. Realization of the excavation pit for mul-
tiplying the pool by multiplying it by the decimetre depth reading. Mix sand (best
for river) and SPC 325 cement in a ratio of 5 sand shovels per 1 cement shovel. Mix
thoroughly dry and then moisten so that the mixture clutched together in the palm
of your hand (it did not fall apart or flow between your fingers). Splash the pool
around the two levels. First, about 5 cm below the level of the return nozzle at the
same time as the bottom of the shaft for the skimmer. Next day, build a shaft of
burned bricks around the collector and the return nozzle (see Figure 6-2). The top
of the shaft must be about 1-2 cm above the top of the pantograph. Then sprinkle
the concrete mix around the pool to your desired height. Ensure also drainage of
the shaft space to prevent rainwater accumulation. After curing the concrete, cut
the excess nopic foil.
IMPORTANT: When finishing the work, make sure that no dirt or stones from the
outside of the surrounding frame (eg from the laying layer for the interlocking
pavement) can get into the space between the pool wall and the nopic foil. E.g. ma-
