• Start unfurling the wall while inserting its lower edge into the arc lower bar. The
openings for the dirt collector and return nozzle must be in the place where the
filtering device is located.
• Continue around the entire base until the entire wall is deployed and placed in
the lower frame.
IMPORTANT: For an oval pool, the beginning of the wall must not be at the side
support but only in one of the connectors in the semi-circular pool head. Unfold the
wall and attach it with longitudinally cut tubes - Table 2, Figures 4-5. Between each
tube, leave a gap of about 1 cm. Continue around the entire base when the entire
wall is unfolded, nestled in the lower rails and fitted with pipes that are long cut.
Identify the oval potential upper tube
The 3,7x5,5 m oval pool contains 4 14-A tubes and 6 circular tubes - 14.
Connection of upper tubes in the oval swimming pool
• Align the parts of the longitudinally cut tubes [14] at the top of the pool wall
with the couplings of the tube [12] (Figures 4-5).
In places where there are pillars with an inclined oval pool, leave a gap of about
10 cm between the tubes [14] and connect the tube parts [14] with a plastic insert
[22] (Figures 4-6).
AID: Using a piece of textile adhesive tape, attach each top of the post [9] to the
wall. You will temporarily secure the wall against collapse until you mount it to the
posts.
AID: Using a piece of textile adhesive tape, attach each tube coupler [12] to the
wall. During the installation of the foil there will be no undesirable removal of the
tubes from the wall.
Bind the ends of the pool to the pool
Align the openings at both ends of the pool wall (Figures 4-7).
TOOL: Slide the screwdriver with two opposing holes to make it easier to compare
the end of the wall. To get holes against each other, make a circle forming the pool
wall bigger or smaller by gripping the foot of the base plate out or into the center
of the circle.
Now measure the last free bottom bar and shorten it to the required length. Close
the lower frame by joining the shortened lower bar with the rest of the frame using
the connecting pins.
Connect the ends of the pool wall (see Figures 4-8). With each pair of holes aligned
inside the pool, screw [A], attach the lower part of the joint cover [C] and screw the
nut [B]. Screw heads are inside the pool and all the nuts are outside the pool. The
oval pool is not a cover strip (C). First, the joints are tangled. Finally, when all the
connections are in place, tighten the tool firmly. Cover the overlapping ends of the
sutures and screw heads on the inside of the pool wall by gluing them with adhesi-
ve tape (Figures 4-9), preferably textile.
Attach the top part [D] to the lower part of the cover. It does not apply to the oval
pool.
Note for circular pool: The cover bar of the joint [C + D] serves to cover the visible
part of the wall joint, ie the parts above the ground. In the case of partial pooling, it
is advisable to shorten the cover strip accordingly with the iron saw and use it only
for this visible part of the joint. After installing the wall and measuring the circulari-
ty of the pool, be sure to remove the center pin.
AID: We recommend using the assembled pool stairs to climb and enter the pool.
Check whether the wall of swimming pool water in
water treatment plants
• Use a tensioned string with a suspended level (Figure 4-10) to check if the op-
posed upper edges of the pool wall are in one plane. Check the wall in several
different directions. The wall must stand on a horizontal plane. If the deviation
from the horizontal is more than 25 mm in length of the pool diameter (Figures
4-11), then put the wall aside and re-align the pool base to the horizontal.
WARNING: A non-horizontal pool is dangerous and may collapse.
Create cut float
Use a slashed sand to form a rounded filler panel about 20 cm wide and 20 cm high
at the bottom of the wall across the entire perimeter of the pool. Shape the curve
and firmly snap its shape (Figures 4-12).
IMPORTANT: For an oval pool - In the place of a pillar with an oblique strut on the
oval pool, the size of the fillet should be adjusted as shown in Figure 4-13. At the
same time, make sure that the heel plate is covered with about 2 cm of compacted
sand. The heel profile must not protrude from the floor surface.
Now smooth the surface of the floor. Take care of smooth surface transitions.
Lay the bottom of the pool on the bottom of the geotextile to protect the pool
against mechanical damage. Install the pool pad as soon as you've assembled the
pool wall and made an inside fillet of shredded sand. Unpack the base at the bo-
ttom of the pool, center and align any storages. A few centimeters above the filler
pad cut off the pad. Take care not to get stones or other sharp objects on top of the
mat (Figure 4-131 - A = fillet filler, B = washer)
Follow the foil on its place
NOTE: If you will use the filtration equipment together with the pool, it will be ne-
cessary to perform a part of the installation of the surface dirt collector before in-
stalling the film. Please read and follow the instructions for installing the collector.
Open the cardboard box. Do not use anything sharp to open the box.
Unpack and unfold the foil and spread it in the sun to warm it up. Check the entire
foil surface and all seams if they are not leaking.
Spread the foil in the pool so that the seams face up. The arched seam is to be in
the middle of the fillet fillet fillet. The other seams will form lines across the bo-
ttom of the pool (Figures 4-14 and 4-15).
Smooth the wrinkles of the foil at the bottom of the pool.
Save the foil on its place
Drag the foil over the edge of the pool wall and secure it securely with a few plastic
clamps (Figures 4-16). Leave the foil for free. Do not turn the foil too much.
Start swimming pool with water. As the pool fills up, smooth out all the wrinkles
on the foil to smooth out the center of the pool in circles towards the wall. You can
help with a soft brush. Never push the foil over too much force and do not pull on
it. Proceed quickly because a few centimeters of water can press the foil against
