The summing tone is coming from the opened engine room 
 
If both points are ok, the switch appears to be in order.  

 
 

 

 

 

SAFETY  PRECAUTION

 

—  Check  the  function  of  all  bilge  pumps  at  regular 

intervals. Clear pump inlets from debris and garbage.

 

 

WARNING 

 

Automatic lens-pump does not replace a visual control. 
Automatic lensing does not work if the batteries have a lower voltage 
than 11 Volt.
