Clean Reflector
With electrical power disconnected, as per previous instruction,
clean reflector (1) using Isopropyl Alcohol on a lint free cloth and
wearing lint free gloves.
Every
Three
Months
Clean Air Plenum
With electrical power disconnected, as per previous instruction,
remove the top cover (1) to the quartz heating element
assembly. Vacuum away any dirt, dust or lint which may have
accumulated inside the quartz heating element air plenum. Be
careful not to strike the thermo switch (2) or the heat sensor (3).
Lubricate Guide Rails
Items required:
1 - Permatex Super Lube with Teflon Grease
1 - Small Paint Brush
With electrical power disconnected, as per previous instruction,
open electrical cabinet; wipe away old grease from the guide
rails. Apply grease along the two guide rails (1). Do not over
grease.
Every Six
Months
Lubricate Height Adjustment Bearing
Items required:
1 - Permatex Super Lube with Teflon Grease
1 - Standard Pump Action Grease Gun
With electrical power disconnected, as per previous instruction,
open electrical cabinet. Apply one pump of grease to the fitting
(1) on the bearing.
