CE vs. UL
Models
All equipment containing electrical components is designed to comply with either
Conformance European (CE)
or
Underwriters Laboratories (UL)
standards, and each
type of equipment has a different parts list. CE equipment runs at 50 Hz; UL equipment
runs at 60 Hz. Electrical specifications, including Hertz, can be found on the
Manufacturer’s Rating Plate similar to the one shown below.
Note: You must verify whether your equipment is 50 Hz (CE) or 60 Hz (UL) and order parts
accordingly.
DANGER:
Operating this equipment with incorrect electrical parts can result in severe or
fatal personal injuries and/or property damage.

Electrical Parts
M&R uses the ‘just-in-time’ approach to printing manuals, so the electrical parts and part
numbers shown in this section should be accurate. However, since schematic diagrams
are unit-specific, they remain the most accurate source of electrical part numbers. Cross-
reference the part numbers in this manual with the part numbers in the schematic
diagrams in the back of this manual before placing an order.
