Check the body of the lift table for signs of wear and
tear, cracks and deformation.
Put the lift table out of use immediately / replace entirely.
Check the functioning of the pressure sensitive safety
bar.
Put the lift table out of use immediately / microswitch(es).
Check the hydraulic cylinder and pump for leakages.
Put the lift table out of use immediately / replace packings /
replace entire pump/cylinder.
Check the oil level in the reservoir. Add oil if necessary with Mammuth CH68 jack oil.
Check if all anchor bolts are still tightly fastened. If necessary re-tighten/replace.
Check the hinge mechanism for signs of wear and
tear, deformation and cracks.
Put the lift table out of use immediately / replace entirely.
Check all components for signs of wear and tear, dirt
and dust. Clean the lift table and make sure there is no sign of
dangerous wear and tear.
Check if all moving parts are sufficiently lubricated. Lubricate the parts.
