16. When the lift table is damaged, it has to be repaired by a specialized company/person,
Valkenpower BV remains adhered for carrying out any repairs.
17. Only use original Mammuth parts to replace defect parts.
18. Never place any limbs under a lifted load.
19. The maximum capacity is calculated based on an equally divided load across the whole table
surface, please refer to chapter 4
Operation, Distribution of the load.
20. Make sure the work area is well-lit.
3. Assembly
Mounting the plug
CAUTION! The plug has to be a 5-pin plug and 16A and it should meet the latest requirements.
1. The machine’s power cable consists of 4 wires, 1 ground
wire (yellow and green) and 3 phase wires (black). The
ground wire is connected with the earth connection in the
plug (A, fig.1) and the three phase wires should be
connected to the first 3 phase connections in the plug (F1,
F2 and F3, fig.1).
CAUTION! This machine does not use the
0-connection (N, fig.1)
2. Check if everything is connected the right way by
connecting the plug. Now press the lift button, the lift table
should lift now. If this is not the case, than 2 of the phase
wires in the plug have to be switched, then check the lift
table again.
3. Fully lift and lower the lift table two times in order to bleed any air in the hydraulic system.
Mounting the lift table on the floor or in a pit
1. The base frame of the lift table is not as standard self-supporting .It is important that the
flooring is flat and stable and that the installation area or pit, when necessary, is well
drained.
2. Utilize a lifting sling through the scissor package. Tie the base frame to the platform or the
scissor mechanism. Locate the table into the desired position. Turn the fixed arm end to the
side where the load will be moved on or off at upper level. See picture below.
3. Check the operation of the safety frame on all sides.
4. The control device should be positioned so that the operator has a clear view over the lift
table and the load at all times when the lift is operated.
