4. There are two position tubes (A and B) which were welded on the support leg. Firstly

insert the connecting rod through position tube B, then put a flat washer (10i) spring
(10j) and flat washer (10i) into the connecting rod (10).

5. There is a hole on the connecting rod (10), and it is very easy to find that it’s near

the spring (10j), then put the cotter pin (10h) above the washer which is on the top
of spring (10j), then put the cotter pin (10j) into this hole. (Fig. 9).

6. Bend the cotter pins (10h) to secure the spring (10j) in place.
