Possible failure cause
Roof lifting motor failuer
The water inflow is abnormal, unstable or low.
NTC test value is not symmetric (during Class B test)
The temperature rise of heater is abnormal (Class B
heater switch relay fails)
The temperature is over the upper limit
No temperature rise; the system cannot detect the
temperature rise after the heater starts.
Overflow switch
Display board and motherboard communication failure
Main board and sub board communication failure
Any other failure that cannot be corrected automatically
Press the key “ ” to
eliminate the beeping sound
Check and record the error code
according to the failure table
If “E02” code is shown

Check or replace the motor

Overflow warning the system enters the
