1) All  fixed  parts  of  the  machine  are  sealed.  They  are 

permanently lubricated and require no maintenance.

2) Clean  and  remove  all  dust  and  wood  chips  from  the 

surroundings  and  under  the  base  of  the  machine  periodically. 

Even if there are consoles to allow this waste to drain, dust will 

accumulate.

3) The sets of screws are designed to provide several years of use.

MAKSIWA guarantees to the owner of the equipment, identified 

by  the  issuing  date  on  the  purchasing  invoice,  guarantee  of  1 

(one) year, in the following terms:

1) The warranty period starts on the date of issue of the invoice, 

provided by the dealer.

2) Within the warranty period, labor and components replaced 

due to manufacturing defects will be provided free of charge, 

provided they are duly proven by Maksiwa Technical Assistance.

3) Equipment manufactured by third parties that make up 

MAKSIWA equipment (such as motors, electrical equipment, 

belts, etc.) are subject to the conditions and warranty terms of 

their respective manufacturers.

4) In case of exchange during the warranty, please return the 

defective part to the manufacturer urgently.

5) Expenses and transportation risks, both ways, will be paid by 

the equipment owner.

6) Expenses for installing the equipment, as well as adaptations of 

the workplace are at the expense of the equipment owner. If you 

notice any defect or malfunction when you receive the equipment, 

immediately contact the manufacturer or the dealer. Do not turn 

on the equipment.

7) Technical visits for cleaning or adjustments caused by wear and 

tear caused by normal use of the equipment are not included in 

this guarantee.

8) The warranty does not cover problems caused by mistreatment, 

carelessness, misuse or inappropriate use

the  intended  functions  of  the  equipment  contained  in  this 

manual, as well as operations poorly performed by operators not 

trained to operate it.

10) MAKSIWA is not responsible for lost productivity, direct or 

indirect damage, caused to the equipment owner or third parties, 

or any other expense, including lost profits.

11) Even during the warranty period, it may lose its validity under 

the following conditions:

a) Application of non-original components;

b) Alteration of the original characteristics;

c) Lack of adequate maintenance;

d) Inappropriate use of the equipment;

e) Alteration of equipment or electronic connections 

f)  Damage  caused  by  mechanical  shocks  or  by  exposure  to 

improper conditions (humidity, salt air, corrosive agents, etc.);

g) Damage caused by bad weather (floods, floods, lightning, power 

outages, etc.).

For  your  greater  safety,  entrust  repairs,  maintenance  and 

adjustments (including inspection and replacement) only contact 

technical  assistance  recommended  by  MAKSIWA,  which  will 

always use genuine spare parts and accessories, reassembling your 

machine in the same way as the original.
