Important:
for the application to be efficient, the aluminum disc must be clean, free of any particles
of dirt and oil. When applied with dirt, the sandpaper can come off when in operation, which can
cause serious personal injury.
6.5 Grinding Quality
The smoothness of any surface depends on a number of variables. Factors such as the type of
material being sanded, type of sandpaper and pressure on the sandpaper contribute to the quality
of sanding.
Make sure that the material does not vibrate during the process.

ALWAYS SUPPORT LONG PARTS.
Support long pieces using any convenient shape such as easels or similar structures to prevent the
ends from falling.
