CAUTION:

OPERATION
CAUTION:
Put the shoulder strap on the
shoulder, and hold the tool firmly with both
hands.
NOTICE:
At the very beginning of operation, the
flexible shaft tends to vibrate at a higher ampli
-
tude. The tool w ill restore the normal amplitude
after you squeeze and release the sw itch trigger a
few times repeatedly.
Make sure to throw in and keep the v ib ration head
stand straight during operation. U se the tool w ithin the
e ective vibration ranges at equidistant intervals. The
e ective air bubble removal range is approximately ten
times the diameter of v ib ration head.

NOTICE:
Do not use the tool to move concrete
in the formw ork.
The mortar will just move away
and the coarse aggregate w ill remain, causing
segregation.

Remov al of the air b ub b les is complete after y ou hav e
worked the tool throughout each e ective range, the
concrete stops shrinking, and the mortar has risen
evenly to the surface, giving o a light appearance.
Gently remov e the operating tool not to leav e holes.
When using the tool on slope, alw ay s operate it from
the b ottom at the b eginning. If y ou operate the tool from
the top, the mortar w ill separate and ev entually slide to
the b ottom.

NOTE:
Vib rating too long in a single place causes
concrete segregation.
NOTE:
When the coarse aggregate segregates w hen
placing concrete, shov el out the coarse aggregate
and put it w here there is plenty of mortar. T hen use
the tool on it. Don' t leav e coarse aggregate in the
segregated condition.

MAINTENANCE
CAUTION:
Alw ays be sure that the tool is
switched off and the battery cartridge is removed
before attempting to perform inspection or
maintenance.
NOTICE:
Never use gasoline, benzine, thinner,
alcohol or the like. Discoloration, deformation or
cracks may result.
NOTICE:
Avoid cleaning the tool in w ater.
Water
w ill get into the motor housing and cause motor
failure.
NOTICE:
Use a w et cloth or the like to carefully
wipe off any wet concrete left on the tool after
use. Extra care should be given to thorough
cleaning of the vents, sw itch area, cover open-
ings, etc.
