5. Cihaz parçaları ve görevleri;
Kapak:
Ürün pişirme esnasında Basınç oluşması için en önemli
parçadır. Basınç göstergesi (manometre) sıfıra düşmeden
açılmamalıdır. Üzerinde bulunan emniyet sistemi sayesinde basınç
altında açılmaz.
Kontrol paneli:
Cihazın tüm elektriksel kontrollerinin yapılacağı
kısımdır. Kullanım ile ilgili bilgiler daha sonra açıklanacağı gibi ve
internet sitemizden de kolaylıkla ulaşabileceğiniz Kullanma
kılavuzunda detaylı olarak açıklanmıştır.
Pişirme kazanı ve rezistanslar:
Pişirme olayının gerçekleştiği
kısımdır. İçinde rezistanslar, Yağ seviye işareti, Sıcaklık
algılayıcılar bulunur.
Solenoid Valf:
Dijital Panellere bağlı olarak çalışır. Basınç
oluşmasını ve boşaltılmasını sağlar.
Manometre:
Pişirme esnasında pişirme kazanı içindeki basıncı
gösterir. Hassas bir parça olduğu için kapak çarpması vs.
darbelerden koruyunuz!
5. Device parts and functions;
Cover:
The product is the most important part for the formation
of pressure during cooking. The pressure gauge (manometer)
must not be turned on until it drops to zero. Does not open under
pressure thanks to the safety system on it
Control panel:
It is the part where all electrical controls of the
device will be performed. It also has an oil drain tap and tap
safety pin. Information about the use is explained in detail in the
User manual, which will be explained later and you can easily
access it on our website.
Cooking Boiler and Resistances:
It is the place where the cooking
process starts. There exist resistances, oil level indicator and
temperature sensor.
Solenoid Valve:
It works depending on Timer. Provides pressure
accuracy and discharge.
Strainer:
Prevents deposits from oil and products from clogging
the solenoid valve. It should be cleaned regularly, every 15-day
or monthly periods according to usage intensity.
Manometer:
Displays the pressure inside the cooking vessel during
cooking. Because it is a sensitive piece be careful to not get any
hurt.
