IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

Your Sous-Vide appliance cooks with electricity. Whenever you use it, you must follow basic 
safety precautions.

PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS

• Marble or synthetic countertops cannot withstand the heat generated by the appliance. 
Place the cooking container on a different surface to avoid damage.

• Don’t use extension cords. Never use the appliance with a damaged cord or plug. 
Use only properly grounded electrical outlets.

• Do not immerse the appliance in water below the MIN or MAX markings on the stainless 
steel column. Unplug the appliance from the outlet when not in use and before cleaning. 
Let it cool before putting on or taking off parts.

• Burn Hazard - Cookware, stainless steel portion of equipment, and food bags become hot 
when in use. Use oven mitts or oven tongs when handling them and allow the container or 
pot to cool before emptying the water.

• This appliance is for indoor usage. Do not use it outside. Do not disassemble it. Follow 
all warning labels. Do not remove the warning labels. Thoroughly clean all the parts before 
using the appliance for the first time.

• Firmly secure the appliance by holding it to the side of the bowl, pot or container. 
Place the container on a flat surface to avoid spills and tipping. Do not place the unit on a 
stove or within an oven.

• Do not use deionized water (DI water).

• Before plugging in the appliance, check if the electrical installation of your home 
corresponds to the rating label on the appliance. Do not use this appliance in any other 
electrical system other than the voltage: 220V-240V / 50HZ-60HZ.

• Do not let children use and play with this appliance. Keep the appliance and its cord out of 
the reach of children.

• Do not use the appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it malfunctions or has a fault. 
Take it to the nearest authorized service center for inspection, repair or readjustment.

• Do not let excess cord hang over edge of table, counter or touch hot surfaces.

• Turn off the appliance and unplug it from the wall socket before changing accessories or 
touching parts that move when it’s being used.
