It is only a matter of selecting the category that interests us 
and within it the recipe that we like the most.

To make the recipe, just follow the instructions.

If you want to select another recipe, please navigate through 
the screen menu to the new recipe, press “STArT” to execute 
it, or go back to “recipe bar” → “Manual Mode” to turn off the 
device.

 THe APPLIANCe WON’T TUrN ON - Make sure the appliance is properly plugged into a 

grounded outlet. Check that the power cord is not torn or frayed and that there is power at 
the outlet. The display should turn on and show information.

AN errOr APPeArS ON THe SCreeN: 

E01: Open circuit → 

Contact After-Sales Support.

E02: Short circuit in the device → 

Contact the After-Sales Support.

E03: Low water level → 

The appliance will emit an alarm when the water level drops below

   the MIN level, either due to evaporation or because the appliance has been dislodged or
   displaced from its position. Add more water to the container or place the appliance well in
   the water and it will start working automatically.

E04: Problem with the water pump → 

Contact the After-Sales Support.

TROUbLE ShOOTING

 Put the appliance in a pot and fill the 

pot with water up to the “Maximum” level 
indicated on the appliance.

 Set the temperature of the appliance to 

70ºC or 158ºF.

 Add 5g of powdered citric acid (food 

grade) for every liter of water in the pot.

CLEANING

If you make frequent use of the appliance, descaling should be done 

every month or more frequently in regions with hard water.

 Let the water circulate for 20 minutes 

after it reaches a temperature of 70ºC or 
158ºF.

 Turn off and unplug the appliance.

 When the appliance is cool, rinse the 

bottom with cold water and dry it before 
storing.
