Rapid Spanning Tree Protocol (RSTP): The Rapid Spanning Tree Protocol
(RSTP) is defined in the IEEE 802.1w standard,
As a supplement to the 802.1d standard.
RSTP set
：

second.
Forwarding delay
: Ethernet switch port status in listening and learning,
maintain a forward delay time, unit as second. Default is 15, figure scale is
4~30 integer.
Max. ageing time
: one Ethernet switch receive a BPDU data package
