42 Remove the crankshaft pulley by removing

one bolt.( 16mm).

Dismantling procedure of the valve
housing cover & cylinder head

43 Remove the two bolts of the valve housing

cover & remove it.

44 Remove the four bolts of the cylinder head.

(Spanner Size 3/4).

45 Remove the two nos bolts of rocker arm &

remove the rocker arm shaft. (Rail of rocker
arm).

46 Remove the rocker arm & Push rods..

47 Remove the cylinder head from the

crankcase block.
