4 ‘Attention Please. The Engine

Temperature is High’

This message will be announced

thrice in a driving cycle. The first
announcement will be, if engine
temp is high (i.e. more than 115
°C) and vehicle speed is more than
5-10Kmph. Second announcement
will be after 5 seconds if previous
condition continues. And third
announcement will be with in
10 seconds. No repetition of the
message in the same driving cycle,
even if the fault is not removed.

5 ‘Careful your Hand Brake is

engaged.’

This message will be announced

twice in a driving cycle. First
announcement will be made, if
Parking brake is applied and vehicle
speed is more than 5-10Kmph.
Second announcement will be made
after vehicle covers 100 metres of
1st condition and if the fault still
exists.

6 ‘Attention please. Check the

Brake Fluid level. It’s low.’

This message will be announced

thrice in a driving cycle.

First announcement will be made

if brake fluid level is lower than
the required level and ignition is
‘ON’ (vehicle not moving). Second
announcement will be made, if
vehicle speed is more than 5-
10Kmph. Third announcement will
be made after vehicle covers 5Kms
after the 2nd announcement with
the same condition. No repetitions
in the same driving cycle, even if the
fault is not removed.

7 ‘Attention please. Check the Oil

Pressure. It’s low.’

This message will be announced

twice in a driving cycle. First
announcement will be made, if
Engine oil pressure is lower than 0.5
Kg/sq.cm while engine is running.
Second announcement will be made,
if vehicle speed is more than 5-10
Kmph. No repetitions in the same
driving cycle even if the fault is not
removed.

8 ‘Your Mahindra is running on

Reserve Fuel.’

This message will be announced four
times in a driving cycle if the amount
of fuel in the fuel tank is 10+/-2
litres. First announcement will be
made after 4mins.of Ignition ‘ON’ i.e
vehicle not moving (if the fuel is in
reserve zone.) ‘or’ Vehicle covers 5
kms distance while in motion, (if the
fuel is in reserve zone).

Second announcement will be made
after vehicle covers 25 kms. distance
from the 1st warning. (twice)
