4.0 Model 706 Transmitter Configuration
Although the ECLIPSE Model 706 transmitter can be
delivered pre-configured from the factory, it can also be eas-
ily reconfigured in the shop or at the installation using the
local LCD/Keypad. Bench configuration provides a conve-
nient and efficient way to set up the transmitter before
going to the tank site to complete the installation.
NOTE: The transmitter can be configured without the probe. Please
disregard the “No Probe” diagnostic indicator that will appear.
4.1 Configuration Information
To utilize the QuickStart menu available on the
ECLIPSE Model 706, some key information is required
for configuration.
Gather the information and complete the following operating
parameters table before beginning configuration.
NOTES: The QuickStart menu is available for Level Only applications.
1. Refer to Section 4.5 for configuration menus for Interface,
Volume or Flow applications.
2. These configuration steps are not necessary if the transmitter
was pre-configured prior to shipment.
