TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE
SYMPTOM
Can’t power on
No sound or weak
sound
Sound distortion
BT not functioning
POSSIBLE CAUSE
The unit has not connected to
AC power outlet
Volume of the unit was set to
minimum position
Volume level of paired/con-
nected device is in low level
Volume level too high
Bass level too high
The external BT device had
NOT paired to the unit
The external BT device is too
far from the unit
POSSIBLE SOLUTION
Connect the supplied AC/DC
Adaptor to the unit and AC
wall outlet
Increase the volume level
press the Button on
the unit or the + Buttons on
the Remote Control
Rise the volume level of the
paired/connected device
Reduce the volume level by
press the Volume - Button on
the unit or the - Button on the
Remote Control
Reduce the bass volume
level of the paired/connected
device
Pair the external BT device to
the unit as page 8 indicates
Place the external BT device
close to the unit
Check the following before requesting service:
