After rebooting add the pass-through device to the guest OS of server 1, provide the drivers and install the PCI device.

Step 5: In preparation for switching the I/Os over to Server 2, uninstall the PCI device from the Device Manager of Server
1. Next, open the web UI for the chassis (set to 192.168.1.10) and your browser will show the SNMP web interface for the
chassis. Navigate to the tab labeled “I/O Failover” and you will find the default I/O configuration:

In the next image note the status of the two servers indicating which physical fiber link currently has all the I/Os:
