•  No sound.

•  The wrong mode 

on the Jukebox is 

selected.

•  The volume on 

the Jukebox or the 

external Bluetooth 

device is too low.

•  The distance to the 

external Bluetooth 

device is further 

than 33 ft. (10 m).

•  Set the Jukebox 

to the Bluetooth 

mode.

•  Turn up the volume 

on the Jukebox 

and/or external 

device.

•  Pair both devices 

again.

•  Reduce the 

distance between 

Jukebox and 

external Bluetooth 

device.

•  There is a lot of 

static noise during 

playback.

•  The distance to the 

external Bluetooth 

device is further 

than 33 ft. (10 m).

•  Reduce the 

distance between 

Jukebox and 

external Bluetooth 

device.

•  The external 

Bluetooth device 

cannot be paired 

with the Jukebox.

•  The external device 

has no Bluetooth 

function.

•  Bluetooth function 

of external device is 

disabled.

•  The external device 

is paired with 

another device. 

The pairing of the 

external device and 

the jukebox was 

not successful.

•  Read the manual of 

the external device 

to make sure it is 

compatible with the 

Bluetooth function.

•  Re-pair the Jukebox 

and the external 

device again.
