Symptom Possible Cause Solution
• Jukebox will not
turn on.
• The power plug is
not connected.
• Connect the power
plug to the wall
outlet.
• No sound issuing
from the Jukebox
Speakers.
• Please check if the
volume is set too
low.
• The input selector
is set to the wrong
mode.
• Adjust the volume.
• Select the correct
input mode.
• Noise or distortions
during playback.
• The Jukebox is too
close to another
electronic device.
• Place the Jukebox
in another position.
• Jukebox does not
respond.
• May be caused
by electrostatic
discharge.
• Disconnect the
Jukebox power
plug. Wait for
approximately
5 minutes and
connect the power
plug again. Turn
the Jukebox on
again.
FM R
AD
IO
• Weak or no signal in
FM mode.
• The FM station
might not be
correctly tuned.
• An electrical device
is too close to
the Jukebox and
interfering with FM
reception.
• Tune in the FM
station properly
• Turn off the
interfering device
or place the
Jukebox in another
position.
• The Jukebox sound
is distorted.
• The antenna is not
placed correctly.
• Relocate the
antenna until the
reception improves.
