Screen on the monitor remains frozen and cannot be operated.

• Turn the key OFF to check if screen disappears
• If the screen remains displayed even when the key is turned
OFF, shut down the power supply by using the disconnect
switch, or by pulling off the connector (DSPLAY) from the
monitor

• When the phenomenon appears frequently, a software error
may have occurred, so update to the most recent software
version
(The internal fault prevents the diagnosis to be executed.)

• When the phenomenon appears frequently even if the
software has been updated, a monitor fault is likely
