4.2. Programming thermostats:
Each thermostat must be allocated to the control panel and with the motorised regulation of the
zone it controls (outputs 1 to 6 on the board) following the steps below:
NOTE: The first time batteries are inserted, the configuration menu is directly accessed. Where configuration is not automatically accessed or where
it is to be modified, enter SETUP mode (with the thermostat on) by pressing the combination of buttons shown in the figure. Then follow the same
steps 1 to 4 as in the previous figure.
5. START-UP
5.1.
Connect the air handling unit (AHU) using the diagram supplied.
5.2.
Power the control centre to 230 VAC. The centre will implement the opening cycle. All the grilles will open first and, once the mode
has been detected, they are all closed and work started depending on the temperatures selected in the thermostats..
5.3.
Check that all zones work properly in line with the table below:
SUB-ZONE
1
Switch on the MASTER
thermostat and switch to cold at
15 ºC
Switch on the MASTER
thermostat and switch to heat at
35 ºC
Switch the AHU to heating mode.
2
Start the zone thermostats and
set to 15ºC, check, one by one,
that all zone dampers open.
Start the zone thermostats and
set to 35ºC, check, one by one,
that all zone dampers open.
Start the thermostats and set to
35ºC, check, one by one, that all
zone dampers open. Set to 15ºC
and check that they close.
3
Wait for the AHU to start up and
check that cold is produced.
Wait for the AHU to start up and
check that heat is produced.
Switch the AHU to cooling mode.
4
Select 35ºC on each thermostat,
check that the corresponding
damper closes and that the
machine stops when the last one
is closed
Select 15ºC on each thermostat,
check that the corresponding
damper closes and that the
machine stops when the last one
is closed
Start the thermostats and set to
15ºC, check, one by one, that all
zone dampers open. Set to 35ºC
and check that they close.
5.4.
By-pass adjustment: For it to work correctly, it must be selected according to the average flow of the inner unit and must be installed
on the outlet of the machine to avoid direct discharge from the fan.
Position the counterweight on the end furthest away from the flap or the shaft. Move the weight inwards or towards the shaft until the
flap opens and the air speed inside the diffusion element is equal to or below 4 m/s or, until the passing of air does not pr oduct noise on
this part.
The closer the counterweight is to the flap, the greater the by-
pass flow and the further away it is the lesser the by-pass air
flow. The rod and counterweight can be removed if required.
1. Enter SET-UP mode
2. Select C-SP
3. Insert ID number
See ID nubmer in the lable of the control pane
4. Select zone number
