3.7.2.2 Remote Support
To set the Remote Support option, follow the
steps below:
•
Set the ‘ENABLED’ button to ‘ON’ to
enable remote support or set it to ‘OFF’
to disable it.
•
A pop-up dialog appears and it warns
the user about the intended action.
•
Click the ‘OK’ button to confirm the
action or click the ‘Cancel’ button to
cancel the action.
•
A pop-up dialog appears and it
informs the user if the chosen action is
successful or not.
