NOTE:
This section applies only to 2015 and later CR models (6.80, 6.90, 7.90, 8.90, 9.90, and 10.90). For other pre-2015 New
Holland combine models, refer to

NOTE:
If the header float is set too light, it can prevent the calibration of the AHHC. You may need to set the float heavier for the
calibration procedure so the header does not separate from the float module.
NOTE:
For the best performance of the auto header height control (AHHC) system, perform the ground calibration with the
center-link set to
D
. When calibration is complete, adjust the center-link back to the desired header angle. For instructions,
refer to
Check the following conditions before starting the header calibration procedure:
•
The header is attached to the combine.
•
The combine is on level ground, with the header level to the ground.
•
The header is on down stops, and the center-link is set to
D
.
•
The engine is running.
•
The combine is not moving.
•
No faults have been received from the header height controller (HHC) module.
•
The header/feeder is disengaged.
•
The lateral float buttons are
NOT
pressed.
•
The ESC key is
NOT
pressed.
To calibrate the AHHC, follow these steps:
