OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
The air saw has a variable speed trigger with safety lever. This includes safety functions to prevent accidental
start-ups. To use the tool, rotate the safety lever forward and then apply pressure to the variable speed trigger
to start the saw. Fully release the trigger to shut the saw off. Always turn off the air supply, drain hose of air
pressure and detach tool from air supply before installing, removing or adjusting any part or accessory on this
tool, or before performing any maintenance on this tool. The tool's power is controlled by the pressure exerted
on the trigger, increased pressure will increase the speed of the blade.
Recommended Saw Blades
• Air Saw Blades, at least 3.5" in length for best results
• Reciprocating Saw Blades
-should be 6" (152mm) in length or less
-thickness should be 0.05" or less
-teeth per inch should be 18 or greater.
To Install Or Change Air Saw Blades (
Fig. 2)
1. Detach from air supply.
2. Use the supplied 3mm Allen hex
3. Loosen both set screws on blade chuck
4. Fully insert blade
5. Tighten both set screws to 20 in-lbs.

To Install Or Change Reciprocating Saw Blades (
Fig. 3)
1. Detach from air supply.
2. Use the supplied 3mm Allen hex.
3. Loosen front set screw.
4. Remove rear set screw.
5. Fully insert blade.
6. Align reciprocating saw blade hole with rear hole of blade chuck.
7. Re-install rear set screw making sure that dog point passes through the blade hole.
8. Tighten both set screws to 20-25 in-lbs.
