A better way to repair your tools

Kingfisher takes special care in creating high-quality garden power tools that 

are designed to last. But if a fault develops with your garden power tool and you 

need to claim under the guarantee, the Customer Care and Technical Helpline 

can support with technical assistance or if required, arrange a free courier 

collection from your home, assess your garden power tool for fault, repair it, and 

return it.

Deciding to repair your product rather than buying a replacement and adding to 

the mountain of waste is a more sustainable choice and you will be doing your 

bit for the environment.

How does it work?

Step 1

Step 2

Chat to them 

about the 

problem with 

your tool.

Step 3

They will 

provide 

technical and 

user advice or 

alternatively 

arrange a 

courier 

collection 

from your 

home.*

Step 4

The team will 

assess and 

test and if 

necessary, 

repair your 

product back 

to full working 

order.

Step 5

Your repaired 

tool will be 

returned to 

you via 

courier within 

5 working 

days*.
